ACI buys ICC & Lon Lines From ACT

We at ACT are expanding our business in several other ventures that are taking a lot more of our time. Automation Components, Inc. (ACI) has been Advance Control’s top selling distributor for many years.
We needed to find a manufacturer similar to ourselves to accommodate the large volume of the Interface Control Components (ICC) and LonWorks product lines and provide the same level of service to our customers. Automation Components, Inc. fits that profile.
Please be advised that Automation Components, Inc. has agreed to purchase, and ACT has agreed to sell them the ICC and LON product lines effective January 8, 2011.
Automation Components, Inc has a large sales staff that will be dedicated to servicing the product line. I suspect that you will see even better service from ACI due to the number of sales representatives dedicated to supporting the ICC and LON product lines.
